Hello! School is almost done!

Here’s a short poem!

COVID-19

This pandemic is getting worse day by day

I can’t even walk outside to the bay!

Seeing sad faces behind virtual screens

I’d rather eat my mom’s refried beans

“STOP!” my dad shouts, “This is the last pack of toilet paper in our house!”

This country is totally torn apart

We all need to get a fresh start

Everyone should wear a mask

You can buy one, or make it at home, no need to ask

If you feel sick, or caught the blues, don’t go out!

And I’m saying this without a doubt!

Remember to stay 6 feet away from people!

Even though this pandemic was a steep hill

Everyone can work together to defeat this disease

If we all work together, we can stop this virus like a breeze!
