The Weekly Tot

Updated: Apr 24, 2023

Noodly Note 4/24/2023: Hey guys! This tot is actually a repeat. The original, under the correct title 'Seashore' was posted on March 9th in the week of March 5th Weekly Tot! I have done a redo, posted on 4/23/2023 as Weekly Tot for April 3rd Redo. In addition, the 'grand spring break special' mentioned below, will most likely end up being a future Spring Special instead due to procrastination. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Sea

____

It was the crisp of the blue

The cerulean hue

Of water on sandy shores

The ivory shade

The perfect escapade

From the everyday things you've braved

Rolling blue-green waves

Crystal and pristine

Distort the below

The unheard and unseen

and what could have been

The corals ensnared

Are nothing compared

To the dying in the deep

The acid that into the oceans does seep

The vanishing shoals

Of silver and gray

Once prey to many

They disappear by day

Creatures sinking from glory

All down in the deep

Right under your wet feet

Unheard and unseen

Till this planet loses it's shining blue sheen

Hey guys! Sorry I missed my last tot, I came down with a fever and didn't have time to write anything afterwards. I hope you guys will enjoy with poem. In addition, I want to announce that there will be a grand Spring Break Special later this week. I'm sure all of you, (including AG) are wondering what it is. You shall soon see my friends. You shall soon see. Let's just say you might want to refresh your memory on the recent tots.
